As summer draws to an end and we get closer to fall we get closer to bow hunting season. Archery can put a great deal of stress on the muscles of the shoulder, arm and upper back. Both arms are working against the resistance of the string and bow as you draw the arrow back and release it.  Muscle tears, tendonitis and bursitis are common injuries that can occur with archery.
