February is Heart Health Month!

Heart disease is the 2nd leading cause of death among Canadians.

About 1 in 12 adults live with diagnosed heart disease.

Men are 2x more likely to suffer a heart attack than women.

In the last 12 years the number of Canadians newly diagnosed with heart disease has declined by 28% - That's incredible!
