Currently in her fourth year of the Bachelor of Kinesiology program at the University of Alberta, Aly is set to graduate in November 2025. Her lifelong passion for movement and physical activity sparked a deep interest in learning how the body functions, ultimately driving her to pursue a career in physiotherapy to help individuals recover from injuries and manage various conditions.

She grew up playing a variety of sports including track and field, gymnastics, and dance, but her main focus was competitive soccer, which she continues to play today. Her personal experience with sports-related injuries and rehabilitation inspired her interest in sport-specific rehab and injury prevention.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Aly playing soccer, spending time with friends and family, enjoying the outdoors, or hanging out with her dog.
