Developing a solid understanding of working with a healthy population, Meagan brought her skills as a personal trainer to Hawkstone Physical Therapy in August of 2013 and switched her role to that of an Exercise Therapist. Using her background in personal training, she often offers the patients of Hawkstone Physical Therapy inventive and creative methods towards achieving their rehabilitation goals. Meagan now offers personal training assessments and one on one sessions to help transition patients from a rehabilitation setting.
In her spare time, Meagan juggles her own fitness goals with the needs of her daughter, Gracelynn. In her spare time she likes to run, lift weights, go to the park, swim, and do yoga with her daughter. Basically anything to stay active and make a 8 year old tired!
