Standard First Aid and CPR
Kim graduated from the University of Alberta with his Kinesiology degree with a specialization in sports performance in 2017. He joined the Hawkstone team in February 2019 as an Exercise Therapist. Over the years he has helped coach many hockey teams as an assistant coach/trainer position. During his practicum Kim was also an athletic trainer for a high school’s football and basketball teams.
Growing up he has had many injuries playing sports and did physio multiple times which is what initially got him interested in working in a physical therapy setting and helping others rehab their injuries.
Outside of work, he enjoys being as active as he can by playing hockey all year round, golfing in the summer months, and going to the gym. In his spare time he tries to spend as much time as he can with his nephews as well as reading, relaxing whenever he can, and keeping his shoe collection organized and clean.
