Now that cooler weather is here and the bugs are gone it's the perfect time to get outside and do some hiking! The fall colours won't last much longer and walking is one of the best ways to prevent osteoporosis and heart disease! Just 15 minutes a day can make a difference! Not sure where to go or looking for a new trail? Check out this great website for ideas: https://www.trailforks.com/ (Side note: it's also available as an App so you can take your map mobile)
